This photo was taken on the Lake of the Woods while fishing with my friend Harry one early morning in 2016. There are something like 14500 islands dotting the lake - some are very large and some are just tiny piles of rock like the ones in this photo. We were far away from civilization (or we thought so), when this plane buzzed just above us. Was it looking for something or someone? Was it delivering supplies to a remote cottage? I will never know…
