My name is Dmitry Kirshner and I am Winnipeg based landscape and abstract fine art photographer.
Some might think that investigating the world through a lens is a limiting experience,
restrictive both in the field of view and the emotional colouring.
I could not disagree more.
My photographs are not as much a documentary of the life around us but an artistic interpretation
of each scene, object, colour or a movement that I want to share with others.
In my view, photography is a uniquely contradictory activity that could be both extremely solitary
and contemplative during the process of finding and capturing the image,
and yet incredibly social and interactive in sharing the story and the emotions of each photograph with others.
My goal, in each of my photographs, is to get the viewer to feel that burst of inspiration
and wonder which a photographer experiences when clicking the shutter release.

HOW TO ORDER MY PRINTS
I use multiple professional photo labs to produce highest quality prints.
Depending on your location, I will engage with the lab that can produce a stunning print and deliver it to you safely.
If you are live in Manitoba, I am using Photo Central, a lab located in Winnipeg,
to produce archival quality prints with a range of framing options.
If would like to order a print, please contact me directly via an email and let me know the details of what you are interested in:
1. Image(s) you chose.
2. Print size (up to 60" on the long edge).
3. Finishing (gloss or matte)
4. Framing options (floating frame, border, etc.)
If you are unsure about sizes, finishes and framing, etc., I would be happy to suggest the best way of mounting the image
as well as to help you with deciding on the best size based on your specific needs.
I will send you a price quote for delivery/pickup in Winnipeg.
